1. Who we are

Golden Jackpot Hub Ltd., 42 New Broad Street, London EC2M 1JJ, United Kingdom, operates goldenjackpothub.com, a free social casino. This policy describes what little data the Service touches and your rights under UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

2. What we collect

The Service has no accounts and no signup form, and we do not collect names, emails or phone numbers. Data is limited to:

  • Browser-local storage — your age confirmation, cookie acknowledgement and virtual-coin balance live in your own browser and are never sent to our servers.
  • Server logs — our hosting keeps standard web-server logs (IP address, user agent, requested URL, timestamp) for security and capacity purposes.
  • Contact email — if you email us, we receive whatever you send.

3. How we use it — and our lawful basis

Logs are used only to operate, secure and debug the Service; our lawful basis is legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) UK GDPR — keeping the Service secure and available). Contact emails are used to respond to you; the lawful basis is legitimate interests or, where your message concerns a contract or legal request, compliance with a legal obligation. We do not sell personal information and we do not use it for advertising.

4. Cookies and similar technologies

We use strictly-necessary browser storage only. See the Cookies Policy for the exact list.

5. Third parties

  • Game studios — game pages embed official demos from Play'n GO, BGaming and Evoplay. When a demo loads, your browser talks directly to that studio's servers under their own privacy policies.
  • Google Fonts — typefaces load from Google's CDN.
  • Hosting provider — processes server logs on our behalf.

6. Your rights under UK GDPR

You have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have it rectified or erased, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. 7. Data retention

Server logs rotate and are deleted on a rolling basis (typically within 90 days). Contact emails are kept only as long as needed to handle your request, at most 24 months.

8. Children's privacy

The Service is for adults aged 18+. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18, and in particular not from children under 13 (the UK GDPR age of consent for information-society services). If you believe a minor has used the Service, contact us.

9. International transfers

Where our hosting or embedded providers process data outside the UK, transfers rely on UK adequacy regulations or the ICO-approved International Data Transfer Agreement / Addendum, as applicable.
