1. Acceptance of these Terms

By accessing goldenjackpothub.com (the "Service"), operated by Golden Jackpot Hub Ltd. ("we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. About the Service

The Service is a free, play-for-fun social casino. All games use virtual coins that have no monetary value. The Service offers no real-money gambling, no prizes, and no opportunity to win money or anything of value. It exists for entertainment only.

3. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
  • The Service is intended for users in the United Kingdom. If you access it from elsewhere, you are responsible for ensuring that use of the Service is lawful where you live.

4. Your account

  • Playing the games requires a free account. Registration asks for your email address, a UK phone number and a password. There is never a fee, deposit or purchase of any kind.
  • You must provide accurate details and be 18+ to register. One account per person.
  • Keep your password confidential — you are responsible for activity under your account.
  • We may suspend or delete accounts that breach these Terms. You can ask us to delete your account at any time via [email protected].
  • Age confirmation, cookie preference and your virtual-coin balance are still stored locally in your browser (localStorage); how we handle account data is described in the Privacy Policy.

5. Virtual coins

Virtual coins are a cosmetic play balance. They cannot be purchased, sold, transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash, goods, services, gift cards, cryptocurrency or anything of value, under any circumstances. We may reset balances at any time. Coins are not property and you have no ownership interest in them.

6. Acceptable use

  • No use of bots, scrapers or automation against the Service.
  • No attempt to exploit, reverse-engineer or disrupt the Service or the embedded third-party game demos.
  • No misrepresenting your age to pass the age gate.

7. Third-party games

Games are official demo versions embedded from their respective studios (Play'n GO, BGaming, Evoplay). Those studios own all rights in their games; availability of any demo may change without notice.

8. Intellectual property

The Service's own design, text and branding are owned by Golden Jackpot Hub Ltd.. You may not copy or reuse them without permission.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted availability.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of your use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us to use it — which is zero, because the Service is free.

11. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising from your use of the Service is subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

We may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version here. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
